Game Hangs at start

[size=18][color=black][font=Comic Sans Ms]hi.. im new here. i just want to ask for help..

I downloaded Skyflyff today and installed it.. it patched and log in successfully but when in game after the informations about the game which appear in green texts at game start.. it hangs and exit..

what must be the problem??
